First Brewery School
As the old brewery saying goes: "The brewmaster brews the beer, but the pubkeeper makes it", or: "The quality of beer in a pub is determined by how demanding the pub's visitors are."
Staropramen Brewery is home to the "First Brewery School", which is designed for pub owners, their employees and also for pub regulars, all of them people whose lives are characterised by beer in one way or another. The goal of this project is to explain to all how to properly care for beer so that the pub guest can drink the beer at its best. The First Brewery School is the only project of its kind in the Czech Republic and, perhaps, in the entire world. Every pubkeeper who serves our beer is welcome to register for the school along with his or her pub regulars.
