- Medium-term consulting projects - we develop individualised
standard solutions, provide advice in all areas relating to beer quality,
as well as offerings of beverages and meals, including composition,
preparation and presentation.
- Longer-term individual consulting projects - we
offer individualised and specialised solutions, provide advice in
how to acquire customers, help design the menu, determine prices,
recruit and train personnel, and/or suggest the optimum restaurant
