Realisation procedure

Fill in the questionnaire for franchise partners

  1. Send in the completed questionnaire, together with additional materials on the candidate building (existing floor plan, photo of building, excerpt from city map with building position marked), in electronic or paper form. Contact.
  2. Site visit by a representative of Pivovary Staropramen a.s., preliminary discussions with building owner.
  3. Pivovary Staropramen prepares an operating sketch and financial summary.
  4. Pivovary Staropramen a.s. negotiate a lease agreement with a lease term of at least 10 years. Concurrently, negotiations are also held with the potential franchise partner in which guarantees are required for financing of realisation and start-up operation period.
  5. Signing of lease and sublease agreements, obtaining of permits necessary for remodelling and operation.
  6. Signing of the franchise agreement, commencement of preparatory construction work.
  7. Drafting of the project and operations manual.
  8. Handing over the of the operations manual and project against a financial deposit, organisation of a tender for technology suppliers.
  9. Signing of the operations manual and project, return of the financial deposit.
  10. Further required steps in accordance with the timeline included in the approved project.
