on the candidate building (existing floor plan, photo of building,
excerpt from city map with building position marked), in electronic
or paper form. Contact.
- Site visit by a representative of Pivovary Staropramen a.s., preliminary
discussions with building owner.
- Pivovary Staropramen prepares an operating sketch and financial
summary.
- Pivovary Staropramen a.s. negotiate a lease agreement with a lease
term of at least 10 years. Concurrently, negotiations are also held
with the potential franchise partner in which guarantees are required
for financing of realisation and start-up operation period.
- Signing of lease and sublease agreements, obtaining of permits necessary
for remodelling and operation.
- Signing of the franchise agreement, commencement of preparatory
construction work.
- Drafting of the project
and operations
manual.
- Handing over the of the operations manual and project against a
financial deposit, organisation of a tender for technology suppliers.
- Signing of the operations manual and project, return of the financial
deposit.
- Further required steps in accordance with the timeline included
in the approved project.
